Bob Beringer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Electronic On-Ramp, Inc. (EOR), a highly decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and a nationally recognized authority in cybersecurity, intelligence operations, and strategic technology innovation.
With a career spanning over three decades, Bob has established himself as a pivotal leader in the national security landscape. Under his direction, EOR grew into a premier federal solutions provider, earning distinction as a top-ranked small business and achieving multiple ISO and CMMI Level 3 certifications.
He has personally led teams supporting critical missions for the National Security Agency (NSA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), managing programs in cyber threat analysis, digital forensics, counterintelligence, and all-source fusion intelligence.
Bob’s operational background is rooted in his service as a Marine Corps Intelligence Specialist and Counterintelligence Agent, where he served multiple tours with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable). His deployments spanned the liberation of East Timor, Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations, and post-9/11 activities across Asia and the Middle East, earning him several commendations.
A prolific technologist, Bob holds over 25 industry certifications—including CISSP, CEH, and CCNA—and has authored foundational IT security textbooks and an IBM-published guide on Linux clustering. He holds a master’s degree in Global Internet Security, an MBA in Strategic Management, and has completed doctoral coursework in Natural Medicine, blending cutting-edge cyber strategy with a dedicated focus on human performance and holistic resilience.
Today, Bob provides strategic vision and hands-on leadership across EOR’s global operations, which include software development centers, international call centers, and secure data facilities.
