Vision and Mission of the Confederation of Indigenous Elders
We have answered the calling of the Elders of the Highland Maya of Guatemala Central America. We have been chosen to play an important part for over decades accepting it as sacred responsibility and authority. This responsibility has been passed down to us the first nations of North America recognized as the people of the Eagle to join with our brothers the first nations of South America the nations recognized as the people of the Condor. Continuing this mandate we are providing the space for sharing by Indigenous Elders, Wisdom Keepers and Spiritual Leaders; who still hold the Original Natural, Universal Laws and Protocol; as it was passed down to them from time immemorial by oral tradition. They are now here ready to share; for the time has come; according to the prophecies.
We accomplish this by providing the space and means for sharing the ancient teachings, perform unified ceremonies for global healing, and forge a lasting council for the future seven generations. This is done by the guidance of the Ancestor’s spirits as for told by these ancestors in their prophecies and prayers. In a time of profound planetary shift, the voices of ancestral wisdom are needed more than ever. This gathering is a direct response to the prophecies and prayers of our ancestors. Ours is a sovereign space for Elders to share ancient teachings, perform unified ceremonies for global healing, and forge a lasting council for future guidance.
The Eagle, Quetzal, Condor gathering is part of the fulfilling of the prophecy. This is a powerful, unifying event being held at the Sacred Red rocks of Sedona that is on the ancient ancestral trade routes, making it the perfect container for this convergence. How we plan to preserve: Thru the International Center for Spiritual and Ancestral Wisdom we plan to create a lasting legacy of cultural preservation, High-Quality Archival Recordings and documentaries to preserve these teachings in a respectful, culturally-protected way for educational purposes for this generation and the next seven generations.
We will host an Elders base camp for 50+ Global Spiritual Elders & Wisdom Keepers from the Americas with 50 support staff held in a secluded location where the eternal sacred ceremonial fire will host these Spiritual Elders & Wisdom Keepers supporting global traditions.
We will also host a 3-Day Program of Ceremony, Council, and Teachings, including sunrise prayers, water ceremonies, sacred fire talks, and wisdom-sharing circles for the general public. The Importance of this gathering: It is an opportunity to translate ancient knowledge into actionable healing for our communities and the Mother Earth. By bringing together these sacred lineages, we amplify a frequency of hope and interconnectedness that benefits all beings. This is a Spiritual Gathering of great significance, historically grounded, with globally impacting initiatives, moving from a simple donation supported event to a self sustaining mission and plans of action.
This approach fosters unity and enables us to extend invitations to ceremonial gatherings and councils that have far-reaching impact. Organizations that don't follow traditional protocols create conflict and disorder. We honor the diversity of traditional ancestral cultural protocols; established traditional methods of how to gather, trade, lead and connect with the Mother Earth.
Through meeting in person and following protocol guided relationships, we are able to extend invitations to these knowledge holders like we have done in several Events and Gatherings like this one that will happen in Sedona. This opens a portal for safe and respectful exchange of sacred knowledge between Elders, younger generations, and communities. This type of space Supports the transmission of oral traditions, ceremonies, and passed-down teachings to strengthen our alliances. Here we can work and gather across many regions to unify and align as one, in harmony with Mother Earth. We create this space for unification of these alliances and for the support and benefit of all our relationships.
Eagle, Quetzal & Condor is an open source site that serves as a platform for all nations, all creeds, and all peoples to come together to co-create and collaborate to implement tangible change in our world.
We stand strong by the notion that unity creates strength and serve to offer an interactive space for all who come in a respectful way with the genuine intention to heal themselves and create a better world for future generations.
The Eagle, Quetzal & Condor Unite Gathering offers the opportunity for groups and individuals around the world to share their visions, projects, and ideas in a common domain to support each other through awareness and intention.
Our prime initiative is to preserve the teachings of Indigenous Elders and to make their wisdom and their ways available to the world.
